Born 1 Oct 1912, at Pierpoint, she was a daughter of the late Elijah and Elizabeth Halsey.
She is survived by her husband, mason; three sons, Eugene of St. Louis, MO.; and Mac and Johnny, both of Pineville; six daughers, Mrs. Henry Clay Jr. of Saulsville; Mrs. Charles Barnes; Mrs. Curtis Allen and Misses Jackie and Sue Cox, all of St. Louis; and Miss Cathy Cox, at home; one brother, Ralph Halsey of Pierpoint; three sisters, Mrs. Irene Thompson of Flint, Mich.; Mrs. Athlene Thomas of Painesville, Ohio; and Mrs. Nellie Perdue of Sabine, and 12 grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 2:p.m. Wednesday in the Sam Foglesong, nease and neely Funeral Home chapel at Mullens with the Rev. Firg Proffitt in charge. Burial will be in the Cook Cemetery at Keyrock.
