A former Blanford resident, Edgar Foos died at the home of his daughter in Chicago. Besides the daughter, Mrs. Rose Hamilton, he is survived by 3 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and one sister, Miss Edyth Foos of Newport. He was married twice, the first to Eliza Jane Jaggers and the second to Daisy Mae Maxfield.
