A funeral service for Harry Grant, Jr., 86, of Jupiter, FL and formerly of the Utica/Homer area will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 27, 2016 at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica, OH with Alan Pratt officiating. Burial will follow in Homer Cemetery.          Mr. Grant passed away on May 21, 2016 at TrustBridge Health Hospice of Palm Beach County in Jupiter, FL. He was born June 2, 1929 in New Lexington, OH to the late Harry and Elizabeth Jane (Heller) Grant Sr.     

Harry was a member of the Northside Church of Christ. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and served during the Korean War, spending two years in Germany. He retired from Owens Corning Fiberglas.     

He is survived by his daughters, Linda Grant of Newark, OH and Anna Grant of Jupiter, FL; son and daughter-in-law Harry W. and Gale Grant of Newark, OH; stepson and daughter-in-law, Donald and Pam Hess, Jr of Byron, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Johnnie and Joanne Grant of Glouster, OH; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
