Linnie B. attended school in Attala County, MS.
She was joined in holy matrimony to the late Earnest "Jim" Snow. To this Union, ten children were born. Linnie B. also welcomed Earnest's daughter, the late Katherine (Harmon) Evans into the family.
Linnie B. was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, who was full of joy and known to the family as a dancer. Linnie B. dedicated her life to taking care of her children and grandchildren.
On June 29, 2018, Linnie B. departed this life at her home in Sallis, MS; surrounded by her family.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Earnest "Jim" Snow; three brothers, Mitchell Roby, Vernon Roby, and Marty Phillips; two sisters, Katie Snow and Velma Levy; one nephew, Douglas "Buddy" Snow; one stepdaughter. Katherine Evans; and three step-grandchildren, Trish Ann, Phil, and Sherman Harmon.
Linnie B. leaves to cherish her memory five sons, Earnest "Man" Snow, Bassfield, MS; Mitchell "Poop" Snow (Shirley); Robert Huston "T-niche" (Shelly) Snow of Goodman, MS; James Snow and Elmo Snow of Sallis, MS; five daughters, Annie May (Johnny) Hinton, Bassfield, MS; Lennie Faye (Lyndon) Zollicoffer, Thelma Frances Snow (Chester) Sallis, MS; Jeanette Riley (special friend Taft Hawthrone) and Sylvia Snow of Kosciusko, MS; thirty-nine grandchildren, three of whom she raised, Sheronica "Punkin" Luckett and Traci "Chantay" Snow of Kosciusko, MS; and one of whom helped to take care of her, Jermaine Wilder, Sallis, MS; fifty-nine great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
