Jack 1912-2008 Jack Aguayo, age 95, a resident of Los Chavez, NM, for the last 45 years, passed away on Friday, April 18, 2008. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Cattleman's Association. Jack was a life-long rancher, as well as owning several businesses in the local and surrounding areas. He and Helen Gatewood married in 1941 and had five children. Through his good sense of humor and attitude towards life he loved people and admired many friends during his lifetime. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Helen Aguayo; three sons, Jimmy, Jack, and Joe Aguayo; and grandson, Jack Eldon. Jack is survived by one sister, Lorraine Brimberry of Ruidoso, NM; two brothers, Herbert Aguayo of Phoenix, AZ and Donis Aguayo of Oklahoma; and two daughters, Lynda Bohannon of Bluewater, NM and Kathryn Flanagan of Casa Colorada, NM. He is also survived by seven loving grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A Viewing will be held at Romero Funeral Home Chapel, on Tuesday, April 22, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. followed with a Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Boyd Morerod officiating. Interment will follow at Terrace Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Weston and Garnett Bohannon, J.L. and Wag Flanagan, Clark Hust, and Joshua Elkins.
