Mrs. Ruby Nettles Antcliff, 70, of Lansing, (Eaton or Ingham County) Michigan died April 9, 2008 after an extended illness. She was born and raised in Ware County but had recently made her home in Lansing, Michigan. Mrs. Antcliff married her husband Gary on May 7, 1960. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ellie and Veda Nettles of Manor, a sister, Reba Nettles Thrift, a brother-in-law, James "Buddy" Thrift, and a niece, Mary Louise Thrift.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Gary "Butch" Antcliff of Lansing, Michigan, nieces and nephews, Ellen Gilliard and her husband Cary of Douglas, Georgia, Sherry Wheeler of Waycross, Leroy Thrift and his wife Judy of Reidsville, Georgia, Laverne Welch and her husband Lamar of Fargo, Georgia, Ellie Thrift and his wife Jodie of Hazlehurst, Georgia, several great nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be held 3 pm, Saturday April 26, 2008 at Camp Branch Church of God in Mainor, Georgia. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Camp Branch Church of God, 4245 Camp Branch Road, Mainor, Georgia 31550.
