Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Milam, of Sanford, Fla., who died Monday at the home of her son, Samuel Wyley Milam, 693 Richmond, 14 hours after she arrived here for a visit, will be held at Independence, Miss., today by the Rev. J. W. Wright and the Rev. J. A. Huffstath. The cortege will leave Thompson Brothers Mortuary at 9 o'clock this morning. Burial will be in the Independence Cemetery. Mrs. Milam was 65 years of age.

MEMPHIS, Tenn., April 9---Mrs. Elizabeth Milam, 65, of Sanford died here Monday morning.
She had come here to visit her son, Samuel Wyley Milam. Funeral services were unannounced late Tuesday. Another son, Alva of Ocala, a daughter, Mrs. T. W. Baxter of Sanford, three other daughters and a sister, Mrs. Rosa Blaine of Lakeland, survive.
