She was known for her soft heart, gentle ways and the great love she had for her family. She enjoyed playing Bingo and was a devoted dog lover.
Marie passed away at the age of 69 years, 2 months and 11 days.
She was survived by 3 sisters and 1 brother-in-law; 1 brother and 1 sister-in-law; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In addition to her mother and father, Marie was preceded in death by 1 brother-in-law, Roy Jacobs, Sr.
Visitation was held from 8 to 9:30 a.m. on 02 Dec 2023 at Gress, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Brussels. A funeral Mass was conducted at 10 a.m. that same morning at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Brussels.
Marie was buried next to her mother and father. She shares a headstone with them.
The family requested that memorials, if desired, be made to the church.
