Randolph "Bo" Barfield a resident of Ashford, Alabama went to meet the Lord Friday, November 24, 2023. He was 88.

Funeral Services will be held at 2PM, Tuesday, November 28, 2023 in Clearman Chapel at Southern Heritage Funeral Home with Reverend Jerry Harden officiating and Southern Heritage Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home from 1PM to 2PM.

Born to the late Sanford and Coralee Eldridge Barfield on February 19, 1935 here in Houston County. A lifelong resident of the wiregrass, Bo lived in the Cottonwood area most of his life and worked in construction. He loved the outdoors. He will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew him.

Bo was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Randy Barfield; two brothers and two sisters.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife of thirty eight years, Betty Barfield; a daughter, Connie Barfield; one sister, Corrine Hill; a step-son, David McCord; four step-daughters, Vickie Lorenz (Scott), Debbie Nichols (Charles), Sara Baxter, and Shirly Cassady; five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; a special friend, Paul Tanton along with several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
