I got started researching my family history after I graduated from college when I found some research that my maternal grandfather put together. I entered it into a heritage website and was bitten by the genealogy bug. I have since connected with a few cousins "several times removed" along with some "half" relatives and have found some pretty interesting facts that they provided.

I am mostly researching the following names: Johnson/Johnston/Johnstone, Walters, Bailleres, Bradley, Creamer, Kimes, Todd, Thompson, Garnett, Moody, Pullum, Walden, McGraw, Sanders, Herndon, Bailey, Yurko, and Kittleson, along with many others. I also keep up with my husband's family cemetery in the panhandle of Florida and my home church in Southeast Alabama.
