MRS. C.P. VAWTER PASSES AWAY AT THE HOME OF HER BROTHER, REV. THOMAS P. DEGMAN

  Mrs. C.P.VAWTER, wife of the well known Evangelist of that name, died Sunday at the home of her brother, Elder Thomas P. Degman, at Springdale, in the 56th year, after two weeks' illness while on a visit to Kentucky. Mrs. VAWTER resided at No. 1410 Eastern avenue, Cincinnati.
  Besides her husband she is survived by two sons, both Preachers, Rev. C.P. VAWTER of Kansas City, Mo., and Rev. J.H. VAWTER of Maysville, Mo., and two brothers, Rev. T.P. DEGMAN and Captain C.C. DEGMAN, both of this county, where all the family was born and reared.
  Mrs. VAWTER was a lovely Christian character, whose death will leave a void in many aching hearts.
  The funeral will occur Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Bethany Church, and the internment will follow in the cemetery there, where the deceased' s parents are now resting after we'll spent lives.
