Mrs. Azilee Allen
Mrs. Azilee Allen, aged 86, died Friday in Kings Daughters Hospital in Ashland, Ky, which she entered two weeks ago. She had been ill a long time. Born in Crockett County, she had lived in Ashland since 1959. She was a Baptist.
Services were held Monday at 2 p.m. at Halls Funeral Home, the Rev. Hilton Grimes officiating. Burial was in Pond Creek Cemetery near Alamo.
She leaves three sons, J. W. Taylor of Ashland, Walter Bell of Trenton, Tenn., and J. M. Bell of Detroit; three daughters, Mrs. Myrtle Matthews of Bald Knob, Ark., Mrs. Annie Barnett and Mrs. Gladys Cooper of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; 22 grandchildren and 52 great grandchildren.
