Elizabeth J. McGill (Cavalieri), age 93, of Fairfield, Ohio passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2023.

Born on August 25 1930 in Hamilton, Ohio, the daughter of Guy and Julia (Bokeno) Cavalieri. Betty was a devoted member of Sacred Heart Church. Attending mass and celebrating her religion was of great importance and comfort to her. She attended St. Ann School and Notre Dame Academy. On February 3rd1951 she was married to Thomas R. McGill, and he preceded her in death in 1986.

Betty was a dedicated mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She truly enjoyed music, dancing and spending time with friends and family over coffee at local restaurants.

Betty is survived by her children William and his wife Jo Marie (Meyer), Brenda McIntosh, Melinda Morris, Kim Coates, Robert McGill and his wife Yassmin (Mendoza), and Vicki Stapleton, 9 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

The family wishes to extend their appreciation to Cheryl Cavalieri, Betty's niece for the love and support she provided throughout their mother's life, and to the staff of Woodlands of Hamilton and Day City Hospice for the care and comfort they provided.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 30, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave, Hamilton, OH 45011. Mass of Christian Burial will be held the following morning at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 400 Nilles Rd, Fairfield, OH 45014 on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at 10:30 AM with Fr. Larry Tharp officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery.
