COAKEY PISTOLE was the son of William "Will" Pistole and Mrs. Bettie (Seals) Pistole-Betts.

"Pistole Funeral Slated At Jewett ---
Saturday afternoon services are planned for Coakey Pistole, of Jewett, 70, who died Tuesday in Waco's Providence Hospital. The Rev. L.A. Hancock will conduct the 2 o'clock service at the St. John Baptist Church, in Jewett, for the Leon County native, who was born March 12, 1906. Burial will be in Jewett Cemetery. Mr. Pistole was a member of the Baptist church, and he associated with the Eagle Lodge 165 AF&M (Prince Hall Affiliation) in Jewett. He was a lifetime Leon County native. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mattie L. Pistole, of Normangee; two half-sisters, Mrs. Hattie Pistole, of Waco, and Mrs. Allie Pistole, of Los Angeles, California; and many nieces and nephews."
