Ann Sacco, 95, of West Haven, wife of the late Alfred "Chubby" Sacco, was taken by the Lord on September 19, 2014 at Seacrest Retirement Center, West Haven. She was born in New Haven on September 22, 1918, daughter to Giovanni and Maria Gallo Torre. She married, became a homemaker and raised her family. During their marriage they lived in Brooklyn, New York for a short time before returning to Connecticut. She is survived by her daughter, Theresa Ann Sacco of West Haven; her son, John Sacco of Norwalk; her sister-in-law, Mary Butler; and several nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be from Keenan Funeral Home, 238 Elm Street, West Haven on Monday at 10:30 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am at St. Paul's Catholic Church, West Haven. Burial will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery.
