Richard D. Brubaker 88, passed away Monday, May 5, 2014, at Cartwright House in Saginaw. He was born July 26, 1925, in Gladwin, to the late Ray and Lila (Haddix) Brubaker. On June 19, 1948, he married Mildred Cuddie, who preceded him in death March 29, 2003.
Richard served in the Army during World War II as a rifleman. He worked for The Dow Chemical Co., retiring May 24, 1982. Richard enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his wife and the mother of his children, Mildred; son, David Brubaker; grandson, Martin Sevilla; and brothers Russell and Robert Brubaker.
