Among the heroes who fell mortally wounded in the battle of the Wilderness was Noel Hall, son of Wm. Hall, of Hagerstown. He was a member of Co. K., 12 Penn. Reserves and participated in all the engagements from the battle of Drainsville down to the one in which he received his death wound. His remains were intered at Hagerstown on Friday last.
