Services for Gladys I. Bailey, 58, 307 W. Vine St., who died Tuesday morning, Dec. 28, at her home following three years of ill health, were held Thursday at Derfelt Funeral Home.
The Rev. Dow Booe officiated.
Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery, Galena.
Pallbearers were Bertha Goff, Mary Northcutt, Viola Shears, Mary Girton, Eda Young and Ferrol Phipps Zulian.
Mrs. Bailey was born March 3, 1918, in Douthat, Okla.
She moved to Galena in 1929.
She married Arthur Bailey Nov. 20, 1962, in Independence. He died Sept. 9, 1974.
She was a member of Empire Mission Church.
Surviving are a brother, Charles Hamilton, Falls Church, Va., and a sister, Mrs. M.R. (Bessie) Miller, Galena.
