She is preceded in death by her son Matthew Romero and parents Telesfor Sr. and Mary C. Romero.
She is survived by her son Thomas Gutierrez of Las Vegas, NM; Granddaughters, Mandy and Jennifer Chavez, Great granddaughter, Phoebe, all of Albuquerque, NM; Beloved God daughter and niece Sam Garcia; Brothers, Teles Romero, Jr., Louie Romero and Charlie Romero all of Las Vegas, NM; Sisters, Patricia Martinez (Richard) of Las Vegas, NM and Carmen Martinez (Richard Garcia) of Rio Rancho, NM; Nephews, Patrick Martinez, Ralph Martinez, Jr. (Monica), David Romero and Manuel Romero; Niece, Tammy Romero; Special friend, Patricia Leonard of Albuquerque, NM; Numerous cousins, other relatives and many friends.
Rosary Service will be held on Monday, August 28, 2023 at 7:00pm. Funeral mass will be conducted on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at 9:00am both services will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Las Vegas, NM with Father Rob Yaksich as celebrant.
Cremation has taken place and burial of cremains will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Las Vegas, NM.
