Charlean attended Gentry Elementary and Wolf Project School. She confessed a hope in Christ at an early age at Pleasant Hill No.1 Missionary Baptist Church and remained a faithful member until she united with St. James Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor David L. Owens, where she served as the Sunday School Secretary and was a member of the choir. She also was a member of the Spratt Sister's Gospel Group.
Charlean enjoyed cooking and watching Western and spending time with her grandchildren and family. She worked many years as a seamstress for Glamourise Industry, Dantan, and also CB King as a cook.
She was preceded in death by her parents Charlie and Bernice Spratt, her son; Michael Rigle, a brother; Rochester Spratt, a sister; Mary Spratt and a niece Bernestine Matthews.
She leaves to cherish her memories (1) Daughter; Keindra (Ron) McKinzie of Dumas, Arkansas, (7) grandchildren and (4) great grandchildren (6) sisters; Johnnie Hall of San Antonio, TX, Cora Lewis of Dumfries, VA, Jane Graham of McGehee, AR, Sandra (Rev. Gregory) Askew of Middleton, TN, Cellestine (McKinley) James and Brenda (Rev. James) Spinks of Dumas, Arkansas, (3) brothers; Robert (Clenon) Spratt and Rev.
