SUMNER, EVERETT, 93, of St. Petersburg, died Monday, Jan. 13, 1997, at Westminster Shores. He came here in 1910 from his native Dade City. He was a retired St. Petersburg divisional manager for Florida Power Corp. Survivors include his wife of 72 years, Dorothy L.; a son, James A.; a grandson, Bruce A.; and two great-grandchildren, all of St. Petersburg; and several nieces and nephews. John S.
