Headline: Mrs. Charlie Plunkett Dies; Funeral held Wed.
Mrs. Charlie Plunkett, 54, of Castor died in Longview, Texas, after a brief illness. Funeral services were held on Wednesday in the Castor Baptist Church at 10:00 am with the Rev James Nails officiating, assisted by the Rev Loyce Plunkett. Burial was in the Little Hope Cemetery under the direction of the Rockett Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband of Castor, four sons, Charles Plunkett of Jacksonville, Ark, Huey Plunkett of Bastrop, Ray Plunkett of Huttig, Ark, and Dayton Plunkett of Castor; a daughter, Mrs. Frank Long of Coushatta, three brothers, Elzie Mazie of Chatham, Louis Mazie of Grandview, Wash, and John Mazie of Quitman, a sister, Mrs. Vera Humble of Epps and nine grandchildren.
