Nineteen-year-old Anquiatte was last seen on the morning of November 6, 2005 with her cousin, Cermon Toney, at her home in East Saint Louis, Illinois. They may have left from the home in a black Ford Crown Victoria. The vehicle was later found abandoned in Fairmont City, Illinois. Then, in March 2008, their bodies were found in a cistern outside a home on Collinsville Road near Fairmont Park.
