Ellis W. Barr, 88, of 265 Strasburg Pike, died Tuesday at Heatherbank Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Columbia, after a brief illness.
He was the husband of the late Sarah Williams Myers Barr, who died in 1975. Barr was a lifelong Lancaster County resident.
A truck farmer, he took his goods to Fulton Market. Barr also worked as a school bus driver for Conestoga Valley School District, retiring in 1971.
He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Strasburg.
