She was a daughter of the late Lin and Bessie Watkins and the wife of the late Cecil "Buck" Armer. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Barbara Reed and Jackie Gayle Cross; a brother, Hargis Watkins; a half sister, Avo Johnson; and three grandchildren.
Survivors include a son, Anthony Armer of Bowling Green; three daughters, Linda Grider of Fountain Run, Betty Baskerville of Elkton and Alice Richardson of Russellville; two sisters, Eva Lynn of Summer Shade and Reva Evans of Auburn; 19 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Burial was in Macedonia Cemetery.
