Ruff Irvin was the son of George Washington Irvin and Rebecca Ann Witt Irvin.Ruff was a carpenter. He married Myrtle Ann Golahan. They resided in Williamson Co., TX and had three children (Velma, Martha and Roy Leslie). Myrtle predeceased him by 19 years. His son Roy Leslie Irvin died in 1962. Ruff died in a nursing facility in Austin, Travis Co., TX at the age of 85 years, 5 mos and 4 days. He is buried beside his wife, Myrtle Ann.
