LINCOLN, IL – Sharon L. Martin, 75, of Lincoln, passed away on Friday, May 12, 2023, at Memorial Medical Center, in Springfield.
A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at the Peasley Funeral Home, in Lincoln, with Rev. Timothy Hankla officiating.
Sharon Louise Eggimann was born on April 25, 1948, in Hillsboro, Illinois, the daughter of Walter C. and Amanda Sophia Muster Eggimann.
She is survived by her six children, four sons and two daughters; one son-in-law; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and son, David Martin.
Sharon graduated from Taylorville High School and Richland Community College. She retired from Eaton Corporation after 16 years of service. She most recently worked at the Lincoln Walmart.
