Lois Romine Shelton, age 83, of Jefferson City, passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2023. Lois retired after 40 years of service at Magnavox. She also volunteered for many years at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Margaret Cockrum Romine; infant brother, Eugene Romine, brothers, Bud Romine and Richard Romine; sister, Claudine Miller; special niece, Kimberly Romine Crowe. She will be greatly missed by her sons, Dan Trent and Tony Trent (Barbara); grandchildren, Amber Mullins (Trey), Krista Roach (Ian), Katelyn Trent; great-grandchildren, Haley and Cami Palmeno; several nieces and nephews. Friends and relatives may come by the funeral home at their convenience on Wednesday, May 17th from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 18th at 10:00 in Shiloh Cemetery in Grainger County with Dr. Sonny Strange officiating.
