Mrs. Helen L. Anderson

KENDALLVILLE - Services for Mrs,. Helen L. Anderson, 70, of Rt. 2, who died Thursday in Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the Berhalter-Hutchins Funeral Home. Rev. Kenneth W. Napier, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Chapel Cemetery, Garrett. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

She was born Feb. 13, 1911 in Holgate, Ohio. She was a Kendallville resident for the past 13 years, moving here from Fort Wayne, where she had been employed at the Sherman-White Poultry Co., until she retired.

On May 28, 1929, in Auburn, she married Jack Anderson, who died Feb. 17, 1976.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Bart Landez of Kendallville; two sons, Jack Anderson Jr. of Houston, Tex., and Keith Anderson of Fort Wayne; 20 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Hazel Campbell of LaOtto, Ind., and Mrs. Mildred Nickles of Iowa; and a brother, George Peters of Warsaw.
