Carroll Downey "Tim" Easterwood, 87 of Villa Rica passed away on April 24, 2023. Mr. Easterwood was born on August 8, 1935 in Bremen, Georgia the son of the late Marshall Alexander Easterwood and Alice Cason Easterwood.
He was a Veteran of the Air National Guard and a retired Supervisor of Marta.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by brothers, Charles Alexander Easterwood, Harold C. "Tom" Easterwood, Darrell Easterwood, Larry Easterwood and Rayford "Tardy" Easterwood; sister, Phyllis Cullpepper.
Survivors include his daughters, Dani Easterwood and Heather Fiquette both of Villa Rica; sisters, Ann and Larry Hembree and Judy and Wendell Collins; grandchildren, Mackenzie Fiquette and Caroline Fiquette; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Friday, April 28, 2023 between 12 & 2 pm. Funeral Services will follow in the Chapel of Hightower Funeral Home at 2 pm with Reverend Chip Hembree officiating and Ronald Fiquette delivering Eulogy.
The family would like to express a special thanks to Sacred Journey Hospice and many caregivers.
