Agnes V. Hass, 79, a 43 year resident of Adams, Minnesota was born on February 11, 1905 at Plotte, South Dakota, the daughter of John E. Crilly and Love (Callahan) Crilly. She passed away on March 13, 1984 at the Methodist Hospital in Rochester, Mn. following a two year illness. She was a resident of Austin, Mn. until 1941. She attended Columbus School.

Agnes married Henry J. Hass on October 20, 1926 at Austin. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Rosary Council, St. Thomas Unit.

Survivors include her husband; one son, Wayne Hass of Park Rapids, Mn.; three daughters, Evelyn (Mrs. Vince) Cashman, Rochester; Kathleen (Mrs. Robert) Schneider, Adams; Sister Lucille Hass O.S.F., Bloomington, Mn.; 13 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one brother, William Crilly, Lake City, Mn.; three sisters, Mrs. Edna Thomas, Austin; mrs. Catherine McCloskey, Rose Creek, and Mrs. Mildred Malone, Austin; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Mrs. Leota Reinartz and one brother, Francis John Crilly.

Funeral services were held on March 17, 1984 at 11 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Church in Adams with Reverends Robert Herman and Lawrence Gavin officiating. Interment was in the Sacred Heart Cemetery. Lector at the Mass was Robert Schneider; servers were Lyle Mullenbach and Jay Schaefer with Mrs. Earl Edland at the organ and soloists Sisters of St. Francis and Mary Jo Halligan. Others participating in the Mass were Vincent and Eileen Cashman. Pallbearers were Dennis Cashman, Neil Cashman, Edward Cashman, Michael Schneider, Robert Thomas and Thomas McCloskey.
