GEORGE STEVENSON
George Stevenson, aged 84 years, who fell and fractured his hip and sustained internal injuries a week ago last Saturday, died yesterday morning at St Francis Hospital from his injuries. Mr Stevenson was well known in the Chambersburg district. He was a carpenter in his younger days, and for the past 10 years had lived retired. The funeral will take place Wednesday afternoon from his late home, 1327 South Clinton Street. The Rev Dr J K Manning, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, will conduct the services. Interment will be made in Riverview Cemetery under the direction of Ashmore & Margerum.
