NANCY CAROL FUNK
1941 - 2008
A native of Cheney, KS, born September 29, 1941 to Marvin and Mary Earley, died in Hughson on February 20, 2008 at the age of 69 years.
Mrs. Funk moved to California in 1963 and settled in Livermore from 1968 - 1996 prior to moving to the Manteca/Lathrop Area until her passing.
Nancy owned Nancy's Beautique a beauty salon in Livermore from 1982 - 1992. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting making afghans and doll clothes.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Lisa & Steve Brown of Brentwood; 1 son: Michael Funk of Livermore; brothers: Gene Early of Livermore, Raymond Early of Florida, Kenneth Early of Tennessee; 1 sister: Margie Ellis of Texas; seven grandchildren: Derrick & Kassidy Lassle, Mattt Brown, Nathen Funk, Dillon Filyau, Bailey Copper and Jacey Brown.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Mon., Feb. 25, 9 - 11 AM with Funeral services commencing at 11 AM at the Chapel of Callaghan Mortuary, 3833 East Ave., Livermore, CA. Burial will follow services at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Livermore, CA.
