Charles Elmer Frampus was born November 25, 1893 in Cicero, IN. He was the oldest son of Charles Frampus and Minnie Decker. He was a brother to Vure Patrick Frampus and Eleanor Frampus. He was married to Bertha (Whittaker) Frampus and had 5 children: Alice, William, John, Kathryn, and Roland. He will be greatly missed by all of his grandchildren and great grandchildren though most of them never met him. He is survived by 1 son, Roland, and he is missed much!

He served in WWI and was a great person! He is sadly missed and remmbered for his sense of humor!
