According to records of The Perry Historians, the remains of the infant child were relocated to lot C-95 of Chestnut Grove Cemetery between November 1872 and January 1873. This was one of the first burials in newly opened Chestnut Grove Cemetery.
When the 1870 census was taken, Levi and Mary Dice lived in Marysville with three children, 5-year-old Minny, 3-year-old Anna and 6-month-old Lyman Dice. The family's real estate was valued at $1,100 and Levi was employed as a laborer for the Northern Central Railroad. Later records indicate that Levi and Mary eventually had ten children, but only eight were still living in 1900.
