James Madison Daniel, 89, of Bossier City, Louisiana, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 in his Home. James was born on Dec. 28, 1933 to Thomas Jefferson and Sylvia Eugenia Dansby Daniel in Stratford, Oklahoma. After his school days at Stratford High School, James enlisted into the United States Air Force in 1952. He served twenty five years and retired honorably. After retiring, he attended Bossier Parish Community College, where he earned an Associates Degree in Business Administration. James Met and Married his beloved wife Pun Ok Song, in South Korea. They have Shared 45 years together in love. He Has three daughters: Gracie, Carol, and Jamie. A lifelong learner, James traveled around the world, absorbing the sightsand sounds of the people and places in various countries. He loved being outdoors and considered himself a "farmboy" at heart. Gardening, fishing, singing and listening to music, reading God's Word, studying his genealogy, and traveling were a few of his favorite hobbies. His favorite accomplishments were designing and building his own home in Texas and watching his three daughters become outstanding women in their careers and life. James is survived by his Cherished Wife, Pun Ok Song Daniel of Bossier City, LA ; three blessed daughters: Gracie Lucille Daniel Humphries (Rob) of Shreveport, LA., Carol Ann Daniel Rushton (Ted) of Lake Fork, Tx., and Jamie Sonia Daniel of Marshall, Tx. ; six treasured grandchildren; Tiffany Sil Humphries Gott (Seth) of Port Orchard, WA , Stacie Michelle Humphries of Shreveport, LA. Cassandra Jo Danna (Jason) of Tyler, Tx. Bobby Reid Lane Jr. of Galveston, Tx. Jameson Christian Daniel and Tristen Liam Daniel of Marshall, Tx.; seven great grandchildren and one great great grandson. He has three brothers, John Daniel and family, Louis Daniel and family, Patsy Joan Daniel Shelton and family, and Joe Paul Daniel and family, all living in Oklahoma. James was predeceased by his brother Walter Lee Daniel; his Father Thomas jefferson Daniel; his Mother, Sylvia Dansby Daniel, and Step -grandson Ted McLarty Rushton Jr. A private service for James with a military honor guard service and followed by a family blessing by Rev. David Rice will be held at the Northwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery located in Keithville, La. on Wed. Mar. 22, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Published by Aulds Funeral Home on Mar 20,2023
