SPRINGDALE -- Iona Ellen Lacey, 85, of Springdale died Feb. 29, 2008, at Northwest Medical Center-Springdale. She was born June 28, 1922, in Farminton, Utah, to Isaic Bybee and Ruby Relief Ward Norman.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Springdale Ward. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wiley William Lacey, on April 26, 1990, two sons, an infant, and Levi Bryan Lacey.

Survivors include four sons, Henry DeLonzo Lacey and wife, Elwanda, of Greenland, James Lavern Gooing of Morrow, Wiley Allen Lacey and wife, Alice, of Siloam Springs, Robert Dale Lacey and wife, Tina, of West Fork; six daughters, Juanita Jane Uren and husband, Gene, of Carmichael, Calif., Norma Jean Gooing of Springdale, Ruby Darlene Lisle of Rogers, Rose Wood and husband, Eric, of Bella Vista, Brenda Foster and husband, Donald, of Greenland, Sue Ellen Lacey of Fayetteville; two brothers, Haven Butcher of Layton, Utah, and Glade Butcher of Burley, Idaho; two sisters, Wanda Sampson of Ogden, Utah, Sylvia Call of Layton; 39 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Brashears Funeral Home in Huntsville, with Bishop Leon Lieutard officiating and John Tenberge speaking. Burial will be in Bohannan Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be James Allen Gooing, Bryan Thomas Gooing, Eric Lisle, John Lisle, Cory Lacey and Michael Foster.
