Alice V. Lino, 72, passed away January 17, 2012. Mrs. Lino was born in Akron and had resided in Cuyahoga Falls most of her life. She graduated 8th grade from St. Joseph School in Cuyahoga Falls and St. Mary's High School in 1957. She and many of her St. Joseph classmates met regularly over the years. She worked faithfully for 25 years at the Cuyahoga Falls Municipal Court as a Deputy Clerk. She loved the beach, her Irish heritage and the Cleveland Indians.

Preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Marcella Weinman and sisters, Eileen Hudak, Marcie Reed, Jane Godfrey, Charlotte Pitz and Karen Shelton, she is survived by her husband of 40 years, Dennis; daughter, Shannon (Corey) Utterback of North Canton and the inspiration and light of her life, granddaughter, Molly; sister, Mary Jo (Gerald) Pitz; brother, Jim (Pam) Weinman; brother-in-law, David Pitz; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Special thanks for their loving care and compassion over the years to Dr. Roger Chaffee and his staff and to the Hospice of Summa, especially Ed Deighton, Joseph Lee, Tom Hoffman, Paula Woods, Amanda Stearns and Dr. Christine Hudak.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, January 20 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 21 in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 1905 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls. Final resting place will be Oakwood Cemetery.
