Daniel was the 8th of 12 children (7 sons) of Charles and Ann (nee Gaskin) Peck. He was a son-in-law of Samuel & Fanny Peck, also buried here.

Daniel died 44 years after Elizabeth. His funeral was at 11.30 am and he is buried in the plot next to Elizabeth. His inlaws, Samuel Peck & Francis nee Stent also buried here
