Amory: Elzie Houston Addington, 89, died at the Gilmore Memorial Hospital in Armory Mississippi. E. H. was a lifelong resident of Monroe County and a retired Farmer at the time of his death.
Graveside services were at the Bethlehem Cemetery.
Survivors include three sons, Dow and Olen Addington, both of Amory, MS.; Dexter Addington of Smithville, Ms.; four daughters, Mrs. C. R. Plunkett, of Smithville, MS., Mrs. Creed Hughes and Mrs. Roy Stoddard, both of Amory, MS., and Mrs. Charles Roberts of Phoenix, AZ.; two brothers, Jess Addington of Smithville and Arge Addington of Greenwood Springs, 24 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren.
