DIED In Roxbury, on the 13th of Oct. 1827. Mr. Gideon Leavenworth, in the 67th year of his age. He was an enterprising man, and possessed of a strong mind. During our revolutionary struggle he served his country fidelity as Commissary of that part of the army under the command of Lafayette. In 1825 he was attacked with a paralytic shock, which disabled him from walking, and in this situation he remained until his death, which was almost instantaneous.
