On April 22, 1989, at the farm in White Pigeon, Michigan he married Mary Mann.
Albert had worked as a setup man at Dexter Axel in Albion.
He enjoyed grilling, gardening, bird watching, fishing, turkey shoots. He especially loved watching westerns.
He was preceded in death by his father, Elijah Jent; his mother, Gladys Short; his stepfather, Hanscel Short; a sister, Wilma Sue Handshoe; and his beloved dog, Bandit.
Celebration of life services will be announced at a later date at the Stroh Fire Department.
