Mr. Bahen was a 1963 graduate of LaSalle High School, Cumberland, and was retired from the United Parcel Service after 35 years of service. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force for six years. He was a member of Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church in Waldorf. He belonged to several organizations; Frostburg Knights of Columbus (3rd Degree), Cumberland Knights of Columbus (4th Degree), Waldorf American Legion #293, and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters # 639.
