Mrs. Blinn was born in Washington township, this county, on October 21, 1857, and was the daughter of George and Lydia (Walters) Rothenberger. She was married to Willard K. Blinn on November 8, 1874. He died twenty-one years ago in September. She was a member of the Frankfort First Methodist church, the Ladies' Aid society, Woman's Foreign Missionary society and Electa class of the church, and also of the W. C. T. U.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Martin Herr of Frankfort route 7 and Mrs. Ruby Finlay of Frankfort, and a son, George Blinn of Frankfort. The husband, and one son preceded her in death.
Mrs. Blinn kept house for her nephew, Albert Weidner, in Mulberry for two or three years after the death of his wife.
