George E. Blinn, 57, farmer, living in Perry township, died Sunday morning at 7:15 o'clock, after having been ill since July 1937. A former teacher in county school, he was well known, as in the nine years he spent in educational work, he served in various parts of the county.

Funeral services will be held this Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock from the Weidner Funeral Home, with burial following in Bunnell Cemetery. Rev. Ethel Hollingworth will officiate.

His parents were Willard and Hannah L. Blinn, and he was born February 1, 1883. He was married November 4, 1905. Mr. Blinn held member ship in the united Brethren church at Farmer Chapel, near the Bunnell Cemetery, northwest of Frankfort.

Surviving are the wife and following children, Raymond G. Blinn of Danville, Illinois; Mrs. Paul Heavilon of Jefferson; Max E. Blinn at home; Mrs. William Rose of Carmel; Mrs. Herbert Friedrich of Frankfort; two grandchildren, Carolyn Sue and Billy Ward Rose; two sisters, Mrs. Martin Herr and Mrs. Noah FInley, also survive.
