Larry Wayne Bolton, 79, of Boonville, Indiana died Tuesday, January 31, 2023, from pancreatic cancer. Larry was born on August 16, 1943 in Newburgh, Indiana to Charles Eugene Bolton and Alice Josephine (Yoakum) Bolton in 1943.

He often shared stories about his experiences in the Military Police, a favorite was working with K9s. After his service in the military, Larry worked at Faultless Casters mostly in plating and then in shipping from 1968 until the factory closing 36 years later. He briefly worked for Whirlpool for two and half years until it closed. Larry loved fly fishing, hunting, gardening, woodworking, drawing, and being a grandpa to his grandchildren and too many other loved ones that called him "Grandpa". Being a lover of trees and nature, Larry donated pecan trees that are planted on the southeast corner of Boonville City Lake across the way where you could often find him fishing. He envisioned the trees providing food for creatures big and small for years to come.
