He leaves cherishing memories to his wife, Almeda Baptiste-Carey, sons, Jason (Susan) Carey, Elton, (Latonya) Baptiste, McNeal (Carla) Baptiste, Charles Carey; daughter, Tina Davenport; brothers, Robert (Pauline) Carey, Adolf (Norma) Carey, and Chester (Wanda) Carey, Aaron Carey, and Gerald Dwyer and Grady Carey; sisters, Barbara Carey and Shirley Nash, eight grandchildren, neices, nephews, and other relatives.
