Gerald "Jerry" Lloyd Alderson, 83, of Cedar Rapids, passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy.
Celebration of Life gathering will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, March 4, 2023, at the Palo Community Center, located at 2800 Hollenbeck Road, Palo, Iowa 52324.

Gerald served in the United States Army from 1962-1964.
He worked at PMX for over 25 years.
Gerald enjoyed gardening, playing cards, viewing wildlife from his backyard window and spending time with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Margaret Alderson, wife Constance and daughter Monica.
