George Crutcher Haile was the first child of James Thomas Haile and Mary Beaver Hodges. I have the original copies of his parents' personal Bible records which say George Crutcher Haile was born 26 Dec 1867. (His TX Death Certificate says he was born Dec. 21, 1867. If you look VERY closely, the "1" could be a "6.") He married Bobbie Emma London on 25 Nov 1900.

Crutcher Haile was a teacher in 1903 in Baylor Co, TX. Later he lived at McGargle, Archer Co, TX. He was a member of Masons Lodge 1038...Senior Warden 1914-1915 and 1921-22; Worshipful Master 1922-23; Secretary 1931-32; Treasurer 1941-43. "On March 19, 1925, the town burned. Past Master G. C. Haile, though sick, dressed and saved the lodge records and charter," an Archer County history says. He met his wife Emma when he was a border at her mothers.
