FREER - Dan Adami Jr., 63, passed away at 11:45 pm Friday in a Freer hospital after a short illness.
A native of Encinal, Texas, he had been a resident of Freer for 30 years.
He was a rancher, and his ranch was located 17 miles west of Freer in Webb County. He was a member of Sociedad Católica Mutualista and the St. Mary's Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, four sons, one daughter, one brother, three sisters, and ten grandchildren.
A Rosary will be recited Sunday at 8 pm at the Garcla-Rios Chapel in San Diego. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at 10 am in the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Freer. Burial will be in Hahl Cemetery in Freer.
